| Sydney Finds Sandpoint-You Can Too! | |
|
Sydney Icardo is an enthusiastic young woman with a quick sense of humor. Living in sunny Sandpoint, Idaho is her home away from Alaska, where she was born and raised. "I feel extremely lucky to have my senses nurtured in Alaska." Sydney was raised in an outdoor life. Fishing, hiking, skiing, climbing and boating are among the many activities she enjoys. While Alaska was epic, Sydney dreamed of a place where she could walk or ride her bike to the "trophy trout hole" within thirty minutes, watch the colours of the full four seasons change, twenty minutes or less drive to the local ski resort that has at least 2500 vertical feet, and a diverse group of locals that like to play as hard as they work. Sydney knew that these expectations were a bit unrealistic, but she was on a mission. She drove across country, uphill both ways, until she came across the long bridge leading into the heart of Sandpoint. After a few months of exploration, and earning the trust of the local natives, Sydney beacame part of the community. She has since found Century 21 on the Lake and established herself as an upstanding real estate professional. Since 1999, Sydney has been a dedicated advocate for her clients, and will stop at nothing to connect the right person to their dreams. Sydney's hearty attitude molded by years of Alaskan weather has made her an all around business woman, able to work with a prince or a pauper. "I want to be your real estate advocate on buying or selling. Just because I don't have it, does not mean it does not exist. Let's go find it!" "I am dedicated to providing world class service with the help of Century 21 on the Lake, my loyal clients, and my compiled team of hard working affiliates, I have built a powerful system for marketing and selling real estate in North Idaho. Becomming your preferred realtor for life is not only my business philosophy, but a commitment to providing you with exemplary personalized service beyond your expectations. To truly listen, and understand your needs-a quality of business conduct that seems to be forgotten in today's highly automated and fast paced marketplace." -Sydney Icardo A decade of real estate experience in North Idaho
